Beautiful exterior and beach access. Staff was great, brought a a housekeeping issues I had and they addressed it right away with the exception of the tub and sink. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. I booked the room last minute after the hurricane and requested an animal friendly room, the room I reserved through booking was not pet friendly so they found me a room and changed my reservation. They easily could have turned us away but they did not. The changing of rooms took no more than 5 minutes. I plan to go back for a vacation as they offer several amenities we were unable to partake in

The resort was beautiful and peaceful. There was quite a bit of activity for wedding season, however, we felt very comfortable and didn't feel over populated. The staff at the pool and restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. I loved that dogs were allowed, however, the place did not smell of pets. The pool was clean and Jason our waiter was wonderful!! He served up the best drinks all day. We enjoyed that we were able to rent bikes and beach chairs/umbrella right at the resort. So convenient! Honestly, every staff member from front desk to bike rental, pool and restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. Housekeeping staff also did an excellent job every day keeping our room neat and clean. Thank you, we had such a wonderful experience and will definitely return.

The resort is directly on the beach and beach chairs and umbrella's were provided by the resort and beach services. The beach was clean and nice. They also had lifeguard services. The pool area was very nice and inviting. They had an outdoor bar and food service menu. The bar staff was attentive to the guest. The room was clean and quite for the most part. We were next to rooms that were still being remodeled and that was noisy during the day. I thought the resort should have provided a bit of a discount for this inconvenience. The plus was that the resort staff was excellent.

Our stay at Sonesta was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. I had requested a room looking out at the water since my husband is in a wheelchair They didn't have the 2 Queen beds looking out like they told me they had available. But the young lady called me back, and said they had a King Suite available where my husband could sit in his wheelchair on the balcony, and see the water. He could, and it was so comforting and wonderful. The staff was so pleasant all the time. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We loved the closeness to the beach. The breakfast was really good but expensive. We liked having the pool bar and they supplied fun noodles and toys at the pool for the kids. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Everyone was especially nice and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet time in the evening to sit outside and relax. They had a movie night and bingo.

The hotel is newly renovated and is pleasant and location is great with the beach close by. Restaurant was surprisingly with a good menu for breakfast and diner. We had delicious food at diner and we ate there three times! The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, specially from the menu was also very tasty. We also loved the pool , the commodities there and the beach: Just wonderful, one can walk for miles on the beautiful strand.
